About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Growth Manager to oversee and drive the launch and growth of our e-commerce platform. This role is pivotal in managing the operational and strategic aspects of our digital presence, with a focus on our Shopify-based e-commerce site, analytics, and performance marketing channels. You will work closely with the design and social media teams to optimise campaigns and ensure seamless customer journeys, while managing key digital marketing initiatives that fuel brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Management:
• Own and optimise the Shopify-based e-commerce platform to enhance user experience, conversion rates, and overall site performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a consistent brand presence and maintain high-quality product listings.
• Monitor inventory and product performance, identifying trends to inform trading strategies.
- Full P&L responsibility for the category. Ensuring revenue and goals are achieved in line with marketing investment
- reporting detailed ROI on digital focused campaigns - ensuring activity constant improvement in metrics as the business channel matures.
2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution:
• Plan and execute targeted campaigns across paid search, email marketing (Mailchimp), and affiliate networks to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with the social media team to align paid and organic strategies.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with digital affiliates to maximise ROI.
3. Data-Driven Strategy:
• Utilise tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics to monitor site performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing on digital campaigns to improve engagement, conversion rates, and customer LTV.
• Generate regular reports on e-commerce and marketing performance, presenting key findings and recommendations to the leadership team.
4. CRM & Retention Marketing:
• Oversee the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
• Implement strategies to nurture and grow the customer base, focusing on customer retention and repeat purchases.
5. Collaboration & Leadership:
• Work closely with the Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
Skills & Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably within a consumer goods or lifestyle brand. Preferable if experience includes having launched/relaunched a site.
• Proficiency in managing Shopify platforms and integrations.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and affiliate marketing platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics and A/B testing tools.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
