Job Description

Apartamento Studios is looking for a highly organised and detail oriented Studio & Project Manager to join the Apartamento Studios team in Berlin. This is a full time role.

The successful candidate has proven experience in a similar role, preferably having worked on agency side.

You will be assisting the Managing Director with all functional aspects of the business and the wider team between Berlin and Barcelona with support for projects.

Your role will also be fundamental when it comes to activating and managing the shop/events space in our Berlin office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain internal systems, working with the Managing Director to upkeep and improve processes, undertaking a personal assistant role for the Managing Director.

- Preparatory accounting, including transfer incoming invoices, write outgoing invoices, sort receipts, prepare overviews, communication with the accountant.

- Assist with new business correspondence, budget preparation, contract administration and related paperwork.

- Keep the studio to a high standard, manage all office supplies, and ensure all calls and visitors are taken care of.

- Assist with staff, managing the studio's shared calendars and holidays.

- Create an inspiring atmosphere for the studio by managing the cultural aspects of the studio.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the accounts/projects, with a close eye on deadlines.

- Report and analyse projects performance, providing updates on a consistent basis to key stakeholders within the company.

- Develop and manage the Apartamento shop/events space in Berlin.

EXPERIENCE

- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written), Spanish and/or Italian a welcome plus.

- At least 3/4 years experience in similar or comparable role.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Docs Editors, Slack and project management tools.

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous, but not essential.

- Good understanding of the design processes and production knowledge across different creative outputs.
