Range Left is looking for a highly creative Midweight designer with a strong digital background to join our growing team.

Range Left is an award-winning independent creative agency based in London, working with a range of international clients across all sectors from luxury goods and property through to finance and fashion.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Midweight designer to hit the ground running with client work - someone who has a solid technical skill set, a good knowledge of digital design and who can create beautiful visual identities rooted in thoughtful, intelligent process with a strong conceptual core. Working under your own initiative, with guidance and support from the Senior Designer and team, you will be helping us with existing design projects, liaising directly with clients, working across all media and will be given plenty of opportunity to develop your own inspiring ideas.

Role essentials:

  • Excellent conceptual and design skills.
  • 3-5 years studio experience.
  • A varied portfolio, with clients, rationale and the evidence of the process behind them.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating from concept to final delivery of a project.
  • Ability to liaise directly with both clients and suppliers and to lead project delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, and ability to work within a team, inspiring and mentoring other team members to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Nimble and able to quickly adapt to different client work styles, helping to ensure the smooth production of large volumes of work.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A can-do attitude.

Technical Skillset:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe CC and Figma and other industry standards.
  • Motion Design / After Effects - experience of producing animation and video for social and web.
  • Good knowledge of UI/UX practice in web design.
  • Good understanding of HTML and CSS (other code languages a bonus).
  • Experience of Wordpress, Webflow and other CMS.
  • Experience with social media - to help contribute to campaign planning and execution.
  • Copywriting / proof-checking for responsible delivery of client expectations.
