Marketing Graphic Design Lead

We are partnering with a restaurant group, and they are looking for a Marketing and Graphic Design Lead to join their team in London.

This role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including the production of pitch documents, collateral, menus, content creation, editing, and photography for marketing campaigns.

This designer will collaborate within a 4-person team, working closely with both the New Business Team and In-House Marketing.

The work environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility to adapt to the ever-evolving needs of the team, driven by client and new business requirements. There are ample growth opportunities within this independent business as they expand.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Graphic design
• Video shooting and editing
• Photography (if possible)
• Oversight of brand guidelines and suggestion of innovative ideas
• Contribution to the design and development of pitch documents
• Generation of in-house marketing collateral and organization-wide marketing/internal communications
• Design of company-standard marketing materials and collateral
• Leadership or assistance in presentation design for pitches with the New Business team

Essential Experience and Attributes:

• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Premier Pro
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects
• Strong design and IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A strong work ethic, motivation, and proactive approach
• Capability to work independently
• A creative thinker, attuned to cultural trends
• A commitment to going the extra mile to achieve both personal and business objectives
