The key roles of the Creative Artworker role will be to work alongside the Brand marketing team to produce print ready artwork solutions for own brand packaging and all media channels (both online and offline) in line with brand guidelines. Attention to detail is key with a keen eye for typography, colour and layout.

We ask for at least 1 years artworking experience. (History with packaging artwork is desired)

Comfortable with the Adobe Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce artwork for own brand packaging in line with Brand guidelines.

- Produce artwork for all media channels in line with Brand guidelines.

- Work closely with the in-house Creative Designers, Artworkers and Marketing Executives to create customer focused campaign point of sale (POS) artwork.

- Manage and maintain print quotes and deadlines for campaigns POS and packaging when required, ensuring effective planning and communication with the relevant team members.

- Obtain print samples and attend print runs when required for POS and packaging.

- Effectively manage relationships with our POS and packaging print suppliers ensuring jobs are printed to time and quality. Support relevant review meetings with printers as appropriate.

- Server Management

- Regular maintenance and archiving of the design and own brand server.

- Ensure correct filing procedure of all jobs.

- Management of the photography library.

- Act as a brand guardian ensuring effective adherence across the business to Brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to work in a planned, organised and professional manner to deliver effective output.

- To demonstrate and role model the Booths values.
