Studio Coordinator (UK)

We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to help coordinate day-to-day studio operations and to support new business and project management needs in our office. Prior admin/project management/production experience, especially within a brand or design agency, is a plus. Ideal candidates are extremely organized, punctual and good with people.
This is a full-time position based in the UK. The position can be initiated with a 3-month independent contract as a trial period. Working hours are 9am-5pm, M-F, in office.
Responsibilities
Studio Management
- Help create a positive and comfortable working environment for all team members;
- Help create a process for studio management, including managing inventories, office supplies, mail and maintenance;
- Overall organization and management of the studio space;
- Point of contact for building management, security, vendors and contractors;
- Operations and payments of utilities and softwares;
- Studio renovation management;
- Greet guests and clients;
- Manage meeting room availability and room preparation;
- Event organization;
- Organization of other cultural initiatives.
Marketing & PR
- Write and submit award submissions;
- Help organize project case studies, photoshoot coordination, and management of assets.
General Support & Project Management
- General support for production if any photo or video productions take place, including prop sourcing, equipment sourcing, quoting, assistance on set, catering and/or research;
- Project management support;
- Reports to our Managing Director.
Requirements
- To be proactive, autonomous and demonstrate strong time management skills;

- To have a strong understanding of how branding and creative projects work;
- To easily adapt to fast-changing circumstances;
- To have good communication and interpersonal skills, working well with cross-functional teams;
- To be able to present information and communicate ideas using a systematic approach;
- To demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Nice to have:
- General understanding of how branding and creative projects work;
- Prior experience in a creative or design agency;
- Prior experience in admin, operations and/or PM roles.
