The Role: As a new Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between client services, creative, and the design departments. You'll manage exciting projects for global brands across multiple sectors, focusing on ATL and OOH work with a purpose-driven twist.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Project Management: Handle costing, resourcing, and status updates (timelines, budgets, and risk management)

2. Collaboration: Work closely with all departments, providing confident direction

3. Project Parameters: Define and communicate project scope and requirements

4. Proactive Problem-Solving: Bring ideas and solutions to the table

Experience and/or capabilities you will have:

• A few years of project management experience in a fast paced advertising agency – experience of producing ATL & OOH work

• Comfort with dynamic, fast-paced environments

• Strong people skills and a proactive attitude

• Commercial focus and budget management abilities

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Float, Smartsheets, or similar)

• Passion for purposeful work and positive impact

The Ideal Candidate: You will be an organised and detail-oriented individualwho is agile and adaptable to project and process changes. You should be comfortable voicing and articulating recommendations, eager to learn and share project insights, and thrive in a collaborative environment. A "yes, and" approach is highly valued here. Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
