- Triage our general email account responding to enquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain and organise agency platforms
- Support our Resource Manager by managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating internal communication, including managing email distributions and office-wide announcements
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms, welcoming clients and visitors, and coordinating office space and resources
- Pitch-in on special projects when needed, from helping with client meetings to coordinating offsite events or assisting with ad-hoc marketing and admin tasks
- Promote a creative and dynamic studio environment that inspires innovation and encourages collaboration
- Plan team events—from casual lunches to guest speaking slots and holiday parties—to keep the office vibe fresh and fun
- Support initiatives that keep the office environment positive and collaborative—whether it’s organising team-building activities or helping with cultural programs
Your skills:
- 3+ years hands-on experience in an administration / agency account role
- Efficient & detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and keep things organised
- Excellent communicator—whether it's talking to clients, answering emails, or making sure the team has everything they need
- Confident managing multiple time-zones
- Already experienced in basic invoicing and bookkeeping
- Keen willingness to learn new software and systems
- Team player that’ll fit into our design-driven, collaborative team
- Articulate & confident in chairing meetings
- Confident, calming voice of reason in stressful situations
Our responsibilities:
- Salary £37,000 - £47,500 (DOE)—with Bonus Opportunities
