Job Description

Working across both projects & marketing, the Videographer will be responsible for creating content across the studio. Your style will be adaptable to suit the needs of the project, from event wrap-ups for brands to internal marketing reels that showcase the culture of the agency. Your creativity in crafting videos, from concept, shooting, editing, all the way through to delivery, will be front and foremost and shine through the content that you create. You will also have your ear close to the ground to follow current video & design trends, & be confident advising the studio on new tools or ways of working that could streamline video production processes.

You will have 4+ years of experience creating content professionally for brands or in an agency setting. You will need to be confident working solo, from building sets & lighting rigs to shooting, &, as such, proactive in managing your own time. You will need to be personable and work with a positive attitude. There will be shoots that take you outside of normal working hours so you will need to be flexible to accommodate the needs of the studio. You should have some experience working on larger productions and an understanding of how larger video production crews operate, from DOPs & gaffers, through to assistant directors & DITs.

Key Skills:

Concepting, storyboarding & scripting videos.

Shooting with Sony Mirrorless cameras, like the A7iii, handheld, on a tripod or using a gimbal

Crafting complete edits across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition & Photoshop

Using AfterEffects to create text animations, such as introductory graphics, stings or lower-thirds

Monitoring sound on-set and using SFX to elevate edits

Building sets

Setting up lighting, such as LED panels & larger Bowens-mount lights

Some professional experience with photography is also essential

Live-streaming content is a big plus

Time and location:

• Candidate will be expected to work standard hours from 9am to 5:30pm with a degree of

flexibility

• Candidate will operate from the London, Shoreditch office however in certain circumstances

we would also consider remote working. We are currently operating 3 days in the office

minimum and 2 days WFH.
