About the role…

We’re looking for a creative with experience in social and digital media who can translate client briefs into scroll-stopping content for brands on all social platforms.

About you…

First and foremost, you love social media, but you’re not just looking for a social media management role – you’re passionate about working with clients and your colleagues to be at the forefront of what comes next for brands online. You’re confident in taking a brief then pitching original creative ideas to clients based on supporting data, and you’re a creative thinker who can execute great social campaigns from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll not only be leading relationships with clients, but will be just as happy getting stuck into making content and campaigns happen, working with clients, colleagues and suppliers to deliver award-winning campaigns.

You should already be creating or writing content regularly, for either your own social media or for brands. You know what makes a TikTok hit the #ForYou page, you know your Reels from your IGTV and an understanding of how to make people engage is a must. On top of that, you’re fluent in social media copy and have a drive to learn what makes people take action in 280 characters.

You need to be positive, fast-paced and able to get up and running quickly. You’ll be looking to develop your career and be hungry to lead standout work, which shapes what comes next, for all of us.

Required skills and experience

  • 2–5 year experience in-house or agency with a strong creative specialism in at least one of the following areas: copywriting, video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, photography or shoot coordination
  • A love for all things social and digital, with experience in social media, digital marketing, content production or copywriting
  • A ‘get stuff done’ attitude – production management and communication skills are key, and you’ll need to be confident coordinating calendars and projects with clients, co-workers and suppliers
  • Ability to see projects through from start to finish, from conceptualising campaign ideas that fit to a client brief, through to designing and executing the campaign
  • Hands-on experience creating effective content for brand OR personal social media (multiple static / moving formats – Reels / TikTok / Twitter / YouTube / IG stories etc)
  • Needs to have skills across Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once and able to prioritise a varied workload across clients – time management will be important in this role
  • Experience in-front of clients, presenting ideas, handling accounts and day-to-day activity
  • Be a self-starter and able to take the initiative
  • Be a confident written and oral communicator (an ability to discuss creative ideas both internally and externally is a must!)
