Your experience and skills
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience and looking to take it to the next-level.
- A confident, all-round portfolio demonstrating proven strengths across brand and UX/web design through to print and motion graphics. An eye for typographic detail is a must.
- Excellence across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and some experience of motion design.
- Highly organised and motivated with the natural ability to contribute both as a collaborative team member and independent creative.
- As a small practice, you’ll have plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to see your ideas realised.
The role
- Working individually and collectively on research, ideation, presentation, and the production of different concepts across brand, web, campaigns, print and motion. Taking those through to development and implementation.
- Happy liaising with clients directly, building trust and rapport.
- Supporting the delivery of creative workshops with groups of people both in-person and online.
- Taking on the content creation for Spy’s case studies and social media channels.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines easily.
- Happy working independently while enhancing the vibrancy of our studio culture and creative environment.
- Sharing insights and trends with the studio across the world of design / creativity / culture / music / fashion.
Key information
- Salary £35–£40k (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities.
- 38 day holiday allocation: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + Christmas closure + Birthday day.
- We mostly WFH 4 days and currently have 1 compulsory day a week with the full team at the studio in Hackney Wick, London. Team members also use the space throughout the week on an ad-hoc basis.

- Hours: 9.30am – 6pm, 5pm finish on Fridays.
