Job Description

In a Nutshell: We’re a small studio, within a large company located in Shoreditch. We need someone to be our behind-the-scenes hero, keeping our creative space organized and fun. If you're a self-starter who loves helping people and being part of a dynamic team, apply! As a Freelance Office & Creative Studio Coordinator you will keep our creative space running smoothly and happily! You'll be the go-to person, ensuring the team has everything they need to create their best work. We want someone who's proactive, anticipates needs, and contributes to our office culture.

Critical Details:

Part-time, onsite and freelance (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 9am-2pm).

Some physical tasks required (carrying items).

Must be comfortable around food.

Office & Administrative Duties:

Oversee lunch arrangements on in-office days, including ordering, setup, and cleanup.

Coordinate with facilities, cleaning, and catering teams for daily or special events.

Maintain and organize office and meeting spaces, identifying areas for improvement and ordering supplies as needed.

Administrative support includes research, scheduling, travel arrangements, and greeting guests.

Manage mail & deliveries.

Print & Studio Duties:

Support Directors and our Business Partner with space-related projects, including the print studio, makers’ workshop, and film + editing equipment.

Ensure printer and plotter functionality, maintain supplies and become a pro at printing, comping and prepping printed material for reviews.

Be curious about creative tools, learn how to use them, source equipment that might be helpful in the day-to-day running of each space and find ways to keep our multi-use office safe and optimized for independent or collaborative work.

Help Producers on shoot day with tasks on set or for pre and post production.
