Two Tribes is an independent craft brewery founded in 2017, located in the heart of Kings Cross. Born out of London’s 90s club-culture movement, we embrace creativity, fun, and freedom in everything we do. We brew tasty award-winning beer, design our own artwork, and love great food.

With a rapidly growing and dynamic team, we’re looking for a Freelance Mid-weight Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through impactful visual storytelling. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the visual identity of Two Tribes, ensuring we remain at the forefront of design, music, and beer culture.

About You

You’re a creative, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You have a keen eye for aesthetics, strong technical skills, and a passion for branding, artworking, illustration, and typography. Whether it’s digital content, POS materials, or packaging, you’re excited about crafting visually compelling assets that elevate our brand. If you’re eager to work with a team that values originality and creative discovery, this role could be your perfect next step.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging designs across various touchpoints, including digital, POS, and print for multiple channels.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and deadlines.

• Create on-brand graphics and illustrations that communicate the brand pillars and values.

• Ensure brand consistency across all assets and adhere to brand guidelines in all design projects.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

• Proficiently utilise graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

• Adapt designs for different mediums and formats, ensuring optimal display and user experience.
