Senior Designer

The role in a nutshell

An ambitious, enthusiastic, all-round brilliant senior designer to work across a range of brand, print, environmental and digital projects for our clients — from global super brands to exciting independents and startups — across a broad range of sectors such as Arts and Culture, Media and Property.

We’re looking for a dynamic thinker and reliable ‘doer’. You need to bring refreshingly different ideas, an inquisitive and questioning mind, bags of enthusiasm and be a rigorous crafter with a meticulous attention to detail.

What we’re looking for

— A curious mind. Surprising, intelligent, sophisticated, unique creative ideas machine and conceptual thinker.

— Comfortable working across different disciplines, predominantly brand identity, print and layout design.

— Strong typographic and layout design skills.

— High level of craft and meticulous attention to detail.

— Highly proficient working across the core Adobe Creative Suite applications.

— Knowledge of motion a bonus but not essential (Cinema 4D / After Effects).

— Motivated, committed and passionate about design.

— Ability to work under direction and independently to drive projects from brief to delivery.

— Confidence to work alongside, manage and direct other designers.

— Excellent communication skills and ability to use messaging to drive communication.

— Understanding of commercial/client needs with client/project management and presentation skills and a will to want to do more, building relationships with suppliers and clients.

— Ability to manage time and work to a deadline.

— A friendly, down to earth, team player.

Senior: 5–8 years

Location

We’re based in London and Lichfield, and you’re welcome to work at either of our studio locations. We’d be open to hybrid working, but we’d like some days together in the studio.

You should be comfortable with occasional travel and meetings between cities.
