UI/UX Designer with focus on Web Design

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help create visually stunning and user-friendly web experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in web design, a strong grasp of user experience principles, with proficiency in Shopify and Framer. You will collaborate with developers, marketers, and the SVP of Design to craft seamless digital experiences that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and responsive web experiences which are on-brand.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Framer and other design tools.

• Optimize and enhance Shopify storefronts, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.

• Maintain and enhance brand consistency across digital platforms.

• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and Shopify/Framer best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.

• Proficiency in Framer, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

• Strong knowledge of Shopify’s capabilities, themes, and customization options.

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for design collaboration.

• Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing eCommerce websites, particularly on Shopify.

• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.

• Experience working in an agile development environment.
