Job Description

About Anatomy

We create brands with human connection.

We are a strategic brand and design agency. We find the human connection to motivate and inspire audiences. Rooted in emotion, our work brings people, places and communities together.

An award-winning agency with big ambitions that is partner-owned, we’re looking for people to come on the journey and help us build Anatomy. We value openness and honesty, we don’t tolerate politics. Everybody has an input into work and we believe that different viewpoints make the work better.

We’re a driven lot. But enjoying our work, having fun and creating the right working environment have always been our primary motivators. We take the work seriously but never ourselves.

About the Role

We are looking for a designer with 5+ years of experience to help us drive the brands we work with forward. The successful applicant should feel comfortable with both conceptual design and implementation — from brand identity to campaigns and digital.

During the contract period, we have several new branding and digital projects in the property, culture, and place.

We will also be continuing to support our existing contracts, including brand development for East West Rail, one of the largest infrastructure projects in the country. You will also work on place brand and marketing projects for Vauxhall London, the Eastern City, and a market-leading hospitality brand. Other clients include exciting challenger brands in dog care, sports travel, and healthcare. We are looking for someone who is bold, creative, and driven to see a project through from concept to delivery with the support of our close-knit team.

We encourage a flat structure and you will be encouraged to think and create freely while working within the parameters defined by the strategic inputs of each project. A sense of humor and an ego-free approach will ensure you fit in perfectly. The role is hybrid, but we ask that everyone averages two days a week in the studio over a month to encourage collaboration and connection with the team.
