Job Description

Who we are

We are Inertia - An award-winning creative studio working at the forefront of Film, Motion and 3D Imagery — delivering elevated and beautifully crafted content for the world’s most pioneering brands.

We have a dream list of clients and are lucky to work on some of the most innovative and inspiring campaigns in our field. We see every project as an opportunity to push the boundaries of design and future-aesthetics, whilst imagining new and beautiful ways of telling stories.

It's an exciting time for the company as we see our studio grow and become a globally recognised creative outfit. We’re thrilled to see a lot of our work rollout on a global scale, reaching millions of people a year and picking up a number of awards such as The Campaign Awards, Muse, The drum etc

The role

Producers are the backbone to every project and play a key role in helping to deliver exceptional work that we can all be proud of. As a Producer, you have the opportunity to make a real impact on our projects and the business.

  • Ensure client projects are delivered to the highest possible standard, whilst maximising profit margins and exceeding our clients' expectations with exceptional service.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and our internal teams.
  • Can work seamlessly and collaboratively with our talented creative team, creating an effortless and fun working environment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates experience managing mid to large-sized budgets (£50k - £300k) and overseeing comprehensive project plans.
  • Skilled in preparing detailed timelines, cost estimates, and project documentation, including legal and financial papers, and tracking costs to meet agreed-upon targets.
  • Capable of handling project management, leading projects from concept to final delivery.
  • Adept at navigating and managing changes in project scope, and negotiating revised budgets with clients.
  • Responsible for all project details, serving as the primary source of information for teams and clients.
  • Acts as the main contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Fosters a positive and collaborative relationship with clients, ensuring they receive a first-class experience.

This role sits within our leadership team, responsible for the operational function and creative output of the agency across all of our projects. Above all, we share a common goal - making our studio a welcoming and collaborative environment.
