Job Description:

As our Digital Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our brand identity across multiple channels. You will create visually and conceptually engaging campaigns with a strong design aesthetic, helping to build out our brand world across our website, CRM, paid ads, social media, and packaging. This role demands acute brand sensitivity, a deep understanding of cultural trends, and a rich cultural perspective to ensure our messaging is both impactful and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and refine the visual identity of Sheep Inc. across all channels.
  • Campaign Creation: Design visually compelling and conceptually interesting campaigns for digital, print, and video, ensuring alignment with our brand values and goals.
  • Website Design: Oversee the design and user experience of our website, ensuring it is engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing.
  • CRM and Email Marketing: Develop eye-catching designs for our CRM campaigns and email marketing efforts, aimed at increasing customer engagement and retention.
  • Social Media: Create engaging and witty visual content for our social media platforms, driving brand awareness and customer interaction.
  • Paid Ads: Design effective and visually striking paid advertisements for various platforms to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Packaging Design: Ensure our product packaging is both beautiful and reflective of our brand’s commitment to sustainability and premium quality.
  • Video Content: Produce and edit video content that aligns with our brand identity, enhancing our storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and product to ensure cohesive and integrated design strategies.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Designer or similar role, preferably within a consumer brand or the luxury/premium fashion industry.
  • Acute brand sensitivity and a strong design aesthetic, with the ability to translate brand values into compelling visual content.
  • Excellent sense of wit and creativity, capable of producing engaging and memorable designs.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for sustainable practices and a commitment to ethical sourcing and production.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of creative and visually and culturally strong design work.

Remuneration:

Salary £35-40k commensurate with experience.
