Senior Creative – One Year FT Maternity Cover
📣Calling all social-savvy Senior Creatives!! We’re hiring.
Our wonderful Senior Creative is having a baby, and we have some big shoes to fill while she’s away.
Do you have a flair for fame-building ideas? A deep understanding of social-first language? An obsession with social trends? Experience leading a team?
Then we’re looking at you.
A day in the life…
Co-leading a team of social creatives to create always on content for a major beauty brand, facilitating brainstorms, reviewing ideas and copy, assessing which trends work best and what our unique angle might be
- Partnering with an Art Director / Creative Lead to come up with and sell in ingenious ideas that get our clients excited
- Working closely with strategists to bring cultural, human relevance to our work – and to our brands
- Adeptly presenting ideas to client, building a relationship of trust and respect for your skills and perspective
- Having a hands-on approach to content creation, getting stuck in with the day-to-day
- Applying a solid understanding of social-first language, crafting copy for our brands
- Facilitating the strategic ideation of exciting concepts and content ideas, working closely with a Strategy and Account Management
- Leading the ideas side of a project and mentoring creatives in line with their vision, protecting conceptual integrity
- Applying thematic structures to ideas, assessing their power and building them into worlds with endless potential
The right Senior Creative for the job will…
- Have 5+ years’ experience as a Social Creative, Art Director or Creative Copywriter
- Be fully immersed in the world of social content creation for brands
- Be ideas-obsessed, able to spot a social insight or trend with exciting creative potential
- Be accustomed to working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Confidently present ideas to clients
- Confidently mentor junior creatives
- Enjoy coming into the office, attending regular shoots and generally bonding with and inspiring the team
