Job Description
Dagmar is a fast growing, high-end Scandinavian design brand based in London with a well established global customer base. We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced Digital Marketer to help us meet our ambitious growth targets over the coming years. The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of the furniture and interiors sector in the UK, Europe and USA and a genuine passion for modern design.
We are looking for a strategic and creative content leader to join as Head of Digital Marketing & Content. This successful candidate will shape our digital presence across social, web, email, and beyond. You will work closely with our founder to lead visual storytelling, campaign execution, and platform growth, supported by external freelance creatives. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role that blends creative direction, digital strategy, and content execution.
As part of a small but rapidly growing team it is essential that you are proactive and comfortable working autonomously. You will thrive by being proactive and contributing original ideas. Prior experience working in the Scandinavian design industry would be extremely beneficial but not essential. Responsibilities
- Leading digital marketing strategy across social, email, website (including DTC ecommerce) and paid media.
- Planning and executing a monthly content calendar aligned with launches and on-going brand storytelling.
- Creating high-quality visual content (Reels, behind-the-scenes, interiors, product details) in collaboration with expert freelance creatives.
- Writing engaging, on-brand copy for use across all channels.
- Managing our brand website to optimise traffic, conversion and engagement
- Coordinating and briefing freelancers for content delivery.
- Monitoring marketing KPIs with the CEO and making data-led decisions.
- Working closely with the sales team to align B2B and DTC content for optimal performance.
- End-to-end ownership of how our brand presents online — from ideation to execution — with room to shape the tone, look, and tools we use.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience in digital content or marketing for a luxury furniture, interiors, fashion, or design brand.
- Proven ability to grow and engage audiences through compelling visual storytelling.
- Hands-on content creation skills in short-form video, photography and image editing and copywriting.
- comfortable contributing premium brand-building ideas in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for 20th century furniture, Scandinavian design, and the world of interiors.
- This role reports directly to the founder and will evolve into a leadership position as the team grows.
- Ability to travel to Europe as required for trade shows and campaign shoots.

Location & Salary
- £70k gross salary plus performance related bonuses
- Based at our office & showroom in Central London with regular travel to Europe
- Hybrid working available
