Job Description

Tomorrow are working alongside a specialist design and marketing agency seeking to challenge convention to devise new creative solutions to property marketing needs. They are looking to find a new Midweight Designer to join their dynamic team of creatives to help deliver disruptive offerings for their clients.

They are seeking an adaptable designer with a positive mindset who values collaboration and thinks outside the box. You will be working on a diverse range of projects across property marketing including marketing collateral, web assets, campaigns and digital advertisements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-end collateral for brand campaigns, multimedia design, and events

• Create and convey a story and interactive content that highlights the brand and captures the value of our broad range of solutions

• Elevate the design further by using elements based on appropriate project/campaign requirements

• Work across design, layout, brainstorming, and creative development of brand themes

• Work with print partners to create comprehensive print spec packs to explain the artwork and ensure its printing/cutting or application is as intended

• Work with external suppliers such as printers and production houses to ensure that all artwork is printed and produced to the highest quality standards

Key Requirements:

• Experience working in a team and a fast-paced environment

• Evidence of project management experience

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Skills in video (editing, motion graphics) (After Effects + Premiere

• Knowledge of commercial, residential and investment property
