Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 + Bonus or percentage profit TBC

Celebrated in the UK as a boutique agency, having delivered some of the world’s most recognized branding projects across various platforms.
We are seeking an Account Manager to work closely with our in-house Project Manager, taking the lead on client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who values established connections and seeks to nurture and grow them rather than aggressively pursue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Assess client needs and identify opportunities to expand services while managing current projects effectively.
- Reconnect with lapsed clients and explore possibilities to reignite relationships.
- Map out historic client relationships to strategize future engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in account management and business development within a creative agency.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster meaningful client relationships.
- A consultative approach to identifying client needs and opportunities for service extension.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team and contribute to a positive company culture.
