Who we are
We’re forpeople, an independent creative agency, working globally from an old pickle factory in London and a former theatre in Amsterdam.
Our team of over 100 weaves together a diverse range of skills: from graphic, product, spatial and interaction design to moving image, writing, research and strategy.
Without knowing it, you’ve probably seen or experienced something we’ve had a hand in. Over the last 20 years, we’ve quietly shaped the future of some of the world’s most well-known brands as well as creating others you’ll soon get to discover.
Our work is wide-reaching, from defining brand visions to building identities and designing experiences. Yet everything we do is born from a simple philosophy – we feel, think and do for people.
About the job
We’re looking for an experienced strategist to join our team in London to deliver on projects that span insight, brand, experience and design for the world’s biggest brands.
The ideal candidate is someone who’s great at bridging the gap between strategic thinking and design doing — someone who enjoys both figuring out what to do and how to do it.

Since 2004, we’ve grown from only four to over a hundred by finding the right people – people that don’t only slot right in to our studio culture, but bring something incredible to it.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Past experience gained in a fast-paced creative agency or challenging in-house team
- Experience leading the strategic direction of projects including brand strategy, design strategy and experience design
- Ideally, experience line managing junior and/or midweight strategists
- A knack for simplifying, structuring and explaining
- A sharp eye for evaluating creative work
- Genuine passion for current trends and contemporary culture
- Ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary project team
- Superb communication and presentation skills
- Drive to support shaping the strategy team, its processes, and its future direction
A typical day might include
- Conducting research into people, categories and cultures
- Defining brand and design strategy solutions for global brands and products
- Identifying own-able creative territories and crafting the narratives that bring them to life
- Developing propositions, principles and creative positioning for brands
- Building clear structures and frameworks to help inspire and guide brand and design work
- Setting up and facilitating collaborative workshops
- Delivering presentations that don’t just inform but also inspire, persuade, and captivate
