Job Description
A multidisciplinary studio who develops engaging, strategic content with visually beautiful creative for forward-thinking fashion, luxury, and beauty brands. They we’re born 2 years ago and 2024 has been a huge year of success and following several big wins they are needing to expand their permanent team with their latest hire… Middle Weight Art Director.
The Role:
-Working on 360 Campaigns for Beauty + Fashion projects.
-Working on a range a high profile Social First Campaigns, being a real pioneer in this space. Creating dynamic, channel-specific content for TikTok, Instagram (including Stories), YouTube, and beyond—both paid and organic.
-You collaborate closely with their talented Creative Director to craft and finesse concepts, ideas, mood boards, film storyboards, activation ideas, content rollout plans, and deliverable mock-ups.
-Storytelling, through your imagery
-Overseeing postproduction processes, including video edits, music selection, retouching + layout designs
- Support the Creative Director with ad hoc tasks, such as uploading projects to the studio’s website, newsletters, and social media channels.
-Working with external Production companies for larger projects
You:
-You’re a confident Art Director / Designer with a background + passion for Fashion and Beauty
-A stunning portfolio packed with imagery that create and tell story’s
-You will be the go-to person in your current role who JUST knows what is happening in the ever-changing world of social media. You will have several big Social First lead campaigns in your “book”
-You are looking for a new Studio, somewhere to really push your ideas with a safe supportive team around you.
Please note this a fulltime role and you will be required onsite 3-4 days per week
