Mid-Weight Designer

Hello we are Motus! A creative agency, big on production.

We’re new to fairly new to town, but we’ve already bagged ourselves a global client with plenty going off in the background. You would be joining at an exciting time, with plenty of opportunity to progress.

You will be working alongside the Senior, but you should be aiming to bring the highest level of technical skills and ownable styles to the table. You should be willing to try new things, learn new skills, and break norms.

As we are currently a smaller team you will be expected to build good relationships with the rest of the team members. You must also be a team player — sometimes you will need to support the smaller tasks in day-to-day work, and others on larger campaigns. You should also be able to comfortably work with other departments, supporting or leading where necessary. You must be a good communicator.

The role

2-3 year’s experience

Have excellent knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Microsoft & Keynote

Have a good understand of integrated design skills including digital, print, OOH & motion

Have an amazing portfolio, with well thought out ideas

You are highly ambitious, with a good drive to take ownership over work

Have a good understanding of design trends and can push this within client work

You are able to problem solve and bring solutions to the table

Are proactive and committed to developing your own knowledge and skills

Organised and self-disciplined, with the ability to juggle a few jobs at a time

Attention to detail, driven and motivated

Can do attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit

Are interest in being involved in the growth of the business as a whole

Ownership of projects but working closely with the Senior to drive and push the work
