Job Description
It’s Nice That is doing an open call to expand our network of freelance talent. We’re on the lookout for freelance ad operation managers to support our digital campaign manager in delivering paid media campaigns for brand partnerships and sponsored content across a variety of inspiring creative projects.

Key skills
3+ years experience within an ad operations role that has involved working with agencies or brands
A solid knowledge of setting up, managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn
Excellent analytical skills to identify optimisation opportunities to generate strong results for clients
Proficient at analysing data and metrics within Google Analytics
Experience in developing media forecasts using insights and data to predict impact of campaigns
Experience in delivering detailed client campaign reports with in depth insights and learnings
Skilled in developing effective target audiences for paid campaigns - an understanding of creative audiences is preferred
Key tasks
Build effective target audiences for paid campaigns that align with key objectives across editorial content and social content
Implement and schedule paid media campaigns for a range of clients across a wide variety of industries and digital media platforms
Regularly monitor ad performance to ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives, and provide recommendations for optimisation opportunities
Deliver client reports on paid performance that analyses results and shares learnings.
