We are now looking for a junior creative to join our growing design team to help us take our campaigns to the next level in 2022.

Working with our existing creative team and reporting directly to our Creative Director, you’ll be responsible for supporting our creative efforts across brand and campaign. With a primary focus on artworking brand systems and taking existing designs and building out, you’ll work alongside our Creative Director to optimise and grow our creative offering.

As a small studio (there's about 9 of us atm), you'll be expected to be a self-starter and comfortable working independently, with the support of our project managers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing agency, offering a unique role to become a member of our tight-knit team.

We have two studios - one in London (Hackney) and one in Newbury (Berkshire), you can work in either or chose to work remotely, we're easy.

In this role you will be:

• Creating exceptional design work by collaborating with creatives and producers/animators.
• Working directly with our Creative Directors and wider Creative Team to support across brand, campaign & digital design work.
• Assisting marketing & new business with internal creative tasks.
• Working with the Creative Team to research, strategise, concept and deliver on a range of sectors for clients, big and small.
• Support our project manager with retainer client relationships & design tasks.

Requirements

We're reasonably flexible with these requirements, but we'd expect you to have something like…

• Confident knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite especially Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ideally, 1 - 2+ years experience in-house or agency
• Understanding for artworking & spreads/layouts.
• Confident ability to show thinking (e.g. design research/mood boards)
• Passion for design trends
• Ability to build out presentations

Nice to Have

• Animation and/or 3D skills in After Effects/ Cinema 4d are desirable.
• Interest in illustration would be highly advantageous.
