Job Description

Fable&Co. are on the lookout for an exceptionally talented designer to join our growing team & help us deliver outstanding work on behalf of ambitious clients. As an experienced designer, you will understand the world of branding as well as digital.

Reporting to our Creative Director & working as part of a close-knit team of strategists, designers & account managers day-to-day.

You will have...

- Previous branding & design experience

- Proficient Adobe Creative Suite skills

- A comprehensive understanding & experience of web design

- Proficiency in Figma

- Outstanding graphic & typographic skills

- A real passion for design, keeping up to date with industry trends & sharing this information & enthusiasm with the team

- Diligent attention to detail, focus & consistency across all work

Your responsibilities

- To deliver outstanding brand identities, applied to both printed & digital deliverables

- Be proactive & manage your time effectively working towards deadlines across multiple projects

An integral part of our agency culture is balance. Yes, we work hard & we enjoy what we do, but we understand that life happens outside of the studio too. Our aim is to look after you & support you in your endeavours, whether personal or professional, & so look to provide flexible, tailored perks to suit you.

The role of Brand / Digital Designer is a permanent position with three days of the week based in our Brighton studio, & the other two days from home. As well as your standard holiday entitlement & bank holidays, we allow for 10-days of the year to be ‘work from anywhere’ – whether crafting next level websites from an Italian café, or by an Ibizan pool, even Zoom-ing in from the Amazon jungle (not sure about the Wi-Fi though) – that bit’s up to you.

We are offering £25,000 - £35,000 for this role, dependent on experience & the quality of your previous work.
