As our project manager, you will:
- Become one of the agency’s lynchpins – a superb time, task and people manager, enabling our senior team to deliver great creative work.
- Build close relationships with high-profile clients, maintain key client relationships and translate client feedback to our creative teams.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of agency projects and workflows, supporting our strategy and creative teams.
- Introduce effective organisational processes to increase our efficiency
- Be a positive, supportive presence and force for good in our team, passionate about the agency’s success and long-term growth.

Key responsibilities
- Provide project oversight, organising project workflows, timelines and deliverables – working collaboratively with Birch’s clients and our creative teams.
- Be the primary point of contact for key agency clients, taking on board client requests and feedback, and filtering this into the agency.
- Attend client meetings, maintain key client relationships, document action points and ensure these are delivered by our creative teams.
- Contribute to internal team briefings and status meetings. Keep both team members and freelancers working to deadline.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of key client requirements across all projects and briefs.
- Guard team members’ time and objectives to ensure we can deliver.
