Job Description

About You

You'll ideally have a degree, HND or foundation degree in an art and design-related subject.

You must have a minimum of 2 years design industry experience and be able to present a portfolio of your work that reveals a comprehensive understanding of the design process.

We know who thrives in our team, if the following sounds like we are describing you then you may just have found your new home.

  • Competence – You have high standards and you’re a specialist in your field. Intelligent, not just intellectual, you value practical outcomes over theory.
  • Cooperation – You enjoy working with others, recognising that great teams are made up of people whose strengths cover each other’s weaknesses. You help others when they require support and are willing to work on things that aren’t specifically “your job”.
  • Honesty - you believe in open and transparent communication, striving to be truthful in your words and actions, even when it's difficult.
  • Fun – Whilst you’re focused on delivering results, you also remember to enjoy yourself, your motto being that ‘you only get one life’.
  • Pride – You get satisfaction and pleasure from good work, effort, and contributions. You feel a strong sense of belonging to a team that shares this value.
  • Creativity – You enjoy working out how to overcome challenges other people just accept as “the way it is”, often taking inspiration from solutions that have been created in other industries.
