We’re looking for Project Manager with 3+ years brand agency experience to join our expanding team. You’ll be responsible for managing our growing creative team and project list. As a client-facing role, it will require you to take on the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and to scope.
An enthusiastic, motivated and highly organised project manager. This is a varied role and would suit a keen learner, strong problem solver and team player. Experience of working in a design agency or similar would be helpful, but is not crucial; an enthusiasm for working in a creative environment is a must.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and manage internal processes, from project brief to delivery
• Manage the team’s time and optimise their workflow to drive efficiency
• Activity engage with clients to define and manage briefs
• Responsible for project proposals, timelines and budgets
• Drive each project forward, taking full responsibility and ownership over the project process
• Deliver projects on brief, on time and on budget
• Proactively anticipate and rectify issues throughout the delivery
• Act as the client's main point of contact
• Keep the client regularly up to date, manage expectations and push back when required
• Build strong and trusted relationships with clients, the team and key stakeholders within the Group
• Manage the financials of clients’ accounts, track profitability and share regular reports
• Understand clients’ needs and spot opportunities for growth
Must have
• 3+ years experience in a similar role in a branding or marketing agency
• Entrepreneurial spirit, eager to make the role their own
• Experience managing internal teams to meet clients’ requests
• Experience implementing internal processes to improve efficiency
• Experience with project management tools
• Experience dealing with clients directly
• Proactive, able to work under little supervision

The Package
You’ll be working from our office in Central London (Somerset House) and work closely within the design team.
We start at 9.30am and finish at 6pm. You will receive 22 days holiday a year plus bank holidays. We also shut the studio between Christmas and New Year.
