About the role: Social Media Manager / Content Creator
We’re looking for a social media manager and content creator to join our team at Pentagram. This role is initially for a 5 month period to manage a client account in the not-for-profit sector, helping them grow their online presence. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that includes a strategist, writer and producer.
About you
Proven work experience as a social media manager
Experience working for a number of brands, particularly in the NGO/Charity/Philanthropy/Non-profit sector
Experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Be up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Ability to deliver exceptional creative content (text, image and video) often with tight deadlines
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Familiarity with web uploading
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
Generate, edit, publish and share social media content as per the content plan
Collaborate with the client team, Pentagram team, any partners and experts as required for content
Develop and manage a content calendar, templates or other content generation planning strategies to get the content you need from the client, partners and stakeholders in good time
Oversee client social media accounts’ aesthetic and consistency
Report and measure the impact of social media efforts
Suggest and implement ways to optimise posts, performance and content
Organise and liaise with the client sharing monthly content plans in advance
Remuneration and Hours
Salary negotiable based on experience
We’re open to a flexible way of working
Hybrid, in our London studio two days a week, with some travel to the client team in Amsterdam likely

Contract length: Initially 5 months
Management: Hired and managed Pentagram but working solely with our client and are accountable to their stakeholders as well. Pentagram will provide guidance and creative direction through the process.
