Job Description

Tomorrow are delighted to be working alongside a world leading and the fastest growing elite motorsports platform with a huge emphasis on sustainability. They are seeking to add a new Senior Creative well versed in design to their creative team, to help deliver across multiple areas of their visual identity systems.

They are looking to find a highly conceptual, ideas focussed and vibrant creative/designer who brings a fun edge to their work. You will be well versed working sports and lifestyle, being highly proficient in art direction. They would like to see a portfolio which exhibits expressive, playful and colourful work.

They work 3 days a week in the studio.

Key responsibilities:

• You will be leading and creating work used across every aspect of delivering and promoting a World Championship sport in a sustainable way

• Lead the Design team, helping, collaborating, and contributing ideas within the team

• Work on larger, multi-year brand-building initiatives with modern, progressive conceptual thinking

• Develop brand assets consistently and accurately to maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic

• Devise work for physical event branding, digital products, marketing and promotional material

• Nurture and mentor a junior members of the team that will be reporting into you

Key Requirements:

• Senior level creative experience in a social-led, marketing or advertising environment

• A portfolio showcasing a variety of deep conceptual brand thinking, considered graphic design systems as well as innovative, challenging and vibrant work

• A background in leading teams

• Developed skills in all leading design software

• Experience in bringing stakeholders along creative journeys, being confidently able to pitch and present your work to them
