Office Based
The successful candidate will be office based Tues, Weds and Thursday for an 8 week period. The office is in South Kensington.
On the Edge have lots of wonderful ideas and we’re looking for a social media video editor to help us bring them to life, capitalise on video trends and boost our output across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube shorts. This role is for someone who knows their way around CapCut and can deliver fun, trendy and engaging video content using stock footage, graphics, playful text and the exciting narratives we invent as a team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in all stages of the creative process. They should be a self-starter who is ready to get involved in the ideation, briefing and asset creations stages - able to work across different mediums, and maintain a strong level of style and composition.
We are looking for someone who can work within (and bend) our brand guidelines to create eye-catching, playful visuals and help us to tell stories in memorable and captivating ways. There will be plenty of scope to develop your skills and learn from colleagues across all departments.
The role requires someone imaginative, passionate and adaptable with excellent attention to detail who enjoys being part of a team. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to deliver in short deadlines. This role is all about helping On the Edge to become more reactive on our social channels, capitalising on trends and enabling us to have some more fun with our digital content. You will be working alongside a social media producer and copywriter to help produce and deliver the content to an agreed schedule.
Essential:
- Joining a creative team of individuals, must be a team player, part of collaborative brainstorm and feedback loop.
- Set the visual language working within brand guidelines.
- Narrative storytelling through digital video formats.
- Skilled in digital native production techniques e.g. CapCut, trending templates, applying subtitles and type.
- Showcase an understanding of typographic, colour, layout and imagery
- An eye for wants on trend and pushing the boundaries
- Passion for your craft and a willingness to learn and develop your skills
- A portfolio of work to support your application
- Experience working in the social video space
- Experience with motion graphics
Other Skills (Beneficial, but not Mandatory):
- Illustration or iconography skills
- 3D animation, Unreal etc.
- Interest in the natural world, biodiversity and conservation
