About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Hackney Wick. As a Project Manager at Set Reset, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of design projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate closely with our creative team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We operate a hybrid work model with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and collaborate in-studio Tuesdays–Thursdays (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM).
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with the creative team and clients.
- Coordinate resources, including designers, freelancers, and vendors, to support project requirements.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or issues as they arise.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, agreements and change orders.
- Manage client account financials, ensuring profitability through tracking and reporting.
- Support new business inquiries and sales across the business, from participating in initial conversations to identifying opportunities for growth with existing clients.
- Contributing to an active and friendly studio culture, being open, inquisitive and generally awesome to other members of the team.
Must have
- At least three years experience in a project manager role at a creative agency.
- Excellent organisational skills and unwavering attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English.
- Good soft skills and comfortable in a client-facing role.
- Self-motivated, reliable and prepared to work across a wide variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable with an eagerness to learn.
Nice to have
- An interest in data visualisation / digital design / technical development.
- An understanding of agile project management methodologies such as Scrum.
- Experience using Google Workspace / Notion / Adobe Indesign.
