Marketing Manager

Citymapper helps millions every day by simplifying urban transport, making cities usable around the globe, both through our consumer app and our B2B enterprise business 'Powered by Citymapper’.

Help us craft and execute the strategy that tells our story across all platforms and builds out our brand and unique voice in the industry.

This is an opportunity to be part of a small team reinventing a category, making a difference in the everyday lives of users around the world.

What you’ll do:

• Create authentic and engaging written content. You’ll craft content around our B2B initiatives, product launches, feature announcements and wider company narratives.
• Manage the distribution and publishing of our content across all our channels, in-app, on our blogs, social media, and through PR.
• Work cross-functionally for B2C and B2B, in close collaboration with the design, business, product, and city team.
• Build community by actively communicating with our user base through social media and our support channels.
• Help establish Citymapper as a world leader in mobility technology by creating opportunities across industry and media to showcase our tech and thought leadership

Requirements:

• Keen interest in our mission — what we do and stand for
• Excellent copywriting skills, 2-3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a startup or product-oriented environment
• You care about great product experiences and know our app and business well
• Demonstrative experience in developing and executing digital marketing across a wide variety of channels and platforms
• BONUS - Ability to produce visual assets like images, videos, gifs to accompany your content

Location:

We're hiring for people based in the London area, where our HQ is situated, but with flexibility for hybrid working.
