The Mid Weight Designer role

We’re seeking a passionate, entrepreneurial, and strategically minded creative to join our team and help build and evolve consumer brands. We’re looking for a highly creative Mid-Weight Graphic Designer who is all about ideas, innovation, and pushing boundaries. You’ll have a solid foundation in graphic design, a flair for motion design, and a hunger to explore new tools and technologies.

As part of our brand team, you’ll collaborate with strategists, and other designers to craft compelling brand experiences, working together with our 3D design team to bring brands to life in real and virtual worlds.

Our brands don’t just live in guidelines. Our work constantly explores new and innovative ways that brands come to life across different environments through multiple touchpoints from physical to digital, making a significant impact on a global scale.

You are

What you’ll do

  • Create outstanding graphic design and motion design work across multiple touchpoints
  • Develop original, concept-led ideas that elevate brand storytelling
  • Work across a mix of brand and experience projects, ensuring design excellence at every stage
  • Experiment with emerging technologies, tools, and techniques to stay ahead of the curve

What We're Looking For

Key skills and expertise:

  • Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects
  • 3D Programmes, basic level understanding, with further training provided
  • Basic working knowledge of Figma, Miro and PPT
  • Typography and layout
  • Art direction
  • Photography
  • Creative writing
  • Building presentations
  • Presentation skills
  • Art working know-how, print management and digital

Contract: Permanent, five days per week.

Hybrid working:

We operate a hybrid system, our Studio Days are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and we can work remotely Tuesday and Friday.
