South London based independent design agency seeks a Project Manager to join their small and growing team full-time. Remit involves managing and grow a diverse range of client accounts and projects from sectors panning education, charity, art & culture, lifestyle and hospitality.

Role responsibilities include:

- Managing, monitoring and updating the schedule of work to ensure all projects are delivered on time

- Lead small project teams in collaboration with the Design Director

- Managing, monitoring and updating project workflows to ensure key milestones are hit and projects are delivered on time

- Working with the Director to proactively forecast revenue, manage project budgets and resourcing

- Ensuring all projects are well resourced

- Distilling client feedback and briefs into concise project briefs for the design team

- Assisting in the preparations and smooth running of workshops and audits

- Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers, instilling trust and confidence

- Communicating and managing clients and key senior stakeholders

- Bring together strategic thinking and business acumen to be proactive in identifying opportunities for growth on client accounts

Experience sought:

- Ideally a minimum of four years of project management experience (though we consider all levels)

- Project management experience gained from within a design agency

- Experience in running multiple projects and small teams independently

- Proficiency in budgeting, revenue forecasting, scheduling and delivery

- Track record of delivering account growth and revenue increase

- Confident in software’s Asana (or similar), Google environments and Microsoft

- Passionate about design and branding

- Collaborative approach
