We’re looking for an in-house Junior Digital Project Manager with a minimum of 18 months’ experience to join our great team at Beach.

You will be the support to our Creative Project Director, the central communication channel at the studio, managing the day-to-day running of creative, timelines, suppliers and assets, and generally making sure the design team has the information they need to do their best work. Our team is a close-knit, fun and hard working set of designers, illustrators, animators and photographers.

The role:

This is an in-house role focused on Project Management predominantly across our digital projects, and generally supporting and monitoring the design team to deliver a wide range of creative output, from digital design, branding, packaging, and illustration, to digital content.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the launch of all new digital products with the support of our Creative Project Director
  • Maximise the creative team’s workload efficiency by monitoring capacity and streamlining process
  • Build, monitor, review and filter all creative briefs & proposals, ensuring they are clear and thorough
  • by managing and communicating creative work streams within NPD critical paths
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with all clients, freelancers, print partners and suppliers
  • Sourcing, managing and negotiating with 3rd party fulfilment partners
  • Inspire and motivate the team to deliver projects to the best of their ability
  • Liaise with Creative Project Director to tailor resource to workflow, booking in freelancers and other support where necessary
  • Be client side throughout various project timelines with the Creative Project Director

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 months’ experience in a similar role
  • A firm understanding of Webflow, Figma, Squarespace, Pitch & Adobe CC (in that order)
  • Great organisation skills and meticulous eye for detail, methodical approach
  • A self-starter with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Collaborative and happy to work with a mix of roles and people
  • A love for solving problems and dealing with challenges
  • Confident client communicator & negotiator, and with an appetite to learn
  • A firm understanding of the digital design process and preferably print/production process
  • Creative/Design background preferred
