Our brands, Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting, are already leading the pack, but we're just getting started. We're expanding globally and we're looking for a visionary Content Lead to help us become the go-to destination for petrolhead and enthusiast content.
The Mission:
As our Content Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our content strategy, shaping how we tell our stories and engage our community of enthusiasts. You'll translate our passion into compelling videos, articles, and experiences that ignite the imaginations of our global audience.
The Challenge:
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that builds awareness, trust, and ultimately drives revenue.
- Storytelling Expertise: Craft narratives that resonate deeply with our community, showcasing the unique stories behind the cars, and the people who love them.
- Production Oversight: Lead the production of high-quality video content, from concept development and scriptwriting to hosting, filming, editing, and distribution.
- Community Engagement: Foster a thriving community of enthusiasts by creating content that sparks conversation, encourages interaction, and builds lasting relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure content aligns with strategic business objectives and is helping to deliver revenue.
The Gearbox:
- Oversee the entire content creation process, from ideation to publication.
- Manage a team of talented content creators, including videographers and editors.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote content across all channels, including social media, email, and our website.
- Analyse content performance and use data to inform future content decisions.
- Foster relationships with the media and manufacturers to ensure we are top of mind for content opportunities.
The Specs (What We'll Need From You):
- 6+ years of experience in content creation and strategy, ideally in the automotive or luxury goods space.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality video content that drives engagement and results.
- Experience leading and managing a team of content creators.
- Deep understanding of the petrolhead and enthusiast communities, their interests, and their preferred platforms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
The Pit Stop:
Parsons Green, London. You'll be predominantly based here, our London HQ. You'll need full UK working rights (sorry, we're unable to provide sponsorship for this position).
