We’re on the hunt for a super talented person to help find and make incredible gifts. You’ll be working closely with our design team and founder to turn ideas into real-life products. We have the pleasure of working with some of the best factories in the world to develop bespoke gifts and merchandise for them. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and high-quality items that meet our project, and client needs.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with design and product development teams to translate product concepts into tangible products.
• Develop and maintain our existing network of suppliers and manufacturers, primarily in the Far East.
• Work with the team to create samples and manage production runs.
• Manage our supply chain, from the start to finish of special projects.
• Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Product Development:

• Oversee the product development process, from taking the initial concept to final production.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Supplier Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and audits.
• Manage supplier quality control and resolve any issues promptly.
• Create PO’s and maintain the critical path.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000, based on experience
