Senior Designer

We are working with a London-based creative studio, and they are seeking a Senior Designer to join their team.

This agency is known for pushing boundaries and working with iconic brands! They are expanding their team and looking for a Senior Designer to join their team. They would love to see designers with experience across branding, lifestyle, luxury, beauty and fashion brands.

As a Senior Designer, you'll lead by example, inspire a junior creative team, and contribute to innovative projects that blend digital, art direction, and strategic thinking.

Role Outline and Expectations

The Senior Designer will focus on creative excellence and expertise throughout all phases of the design process.

You must possess strong conceptual, creative, and communication skills, contributing to both the hands-on creation of work and the strategic direction of projects.

The role requires a broad professional skillset beyond graphic design, including digital, art direction, and strategic thinking.

As a management figure, the Senior Designer will lead and inspire the junior creative team, demonstrating great time management, ownership, and communication.

You :

• Strong management experience to guide and inspire junior team members, ensuring alignment on creative direction and project success.
• Confidence in delegating responsibility and providing autonomy to ensure efficient project execution.
• Professionalism in responding to client feedback and exceeding expectations.
• Ability to cultivate partnerships with Project Managers to ensure transparency during the design process.
• Commercial acumen to ensure projects are delivered on scope, time, and budget.
• Competence in leading engaging client presentations.
• Insight and broad cultural perspective to positively impact creative outcomes.
• Ability to multitask across multiple workstreams effectively.
