Who We Are

Campbell Hay are a London based, multi-disciplinary studio with a fast moving, fun loving team. We specialise in brand identity, packaging, art direction, strategy and digital. We work collaboratively as a team and our clients operate in variety of sectors, ranging from art & culture to real estate.

The Role

We are looking for a junior designer with digital experience to expand and support our core team. You will be working under the guidance and reporting to the senior members of our team.

The role provides the opportunity to be part of a growing studio. You should be a dynamic, passionate, positive designer with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be working on a variety of projects with a diverse, talented team of like minded creative thinkers.

This is a hybrid role, we currently work 4 days from home and 1 day in a co-working space.

Key responsibilities

  • Support with research for creative briefs
  • Create brand roll outs to existing design and brand standards
  • Help manage, organise and design assets for social media
  • Manage your timeline and workflow with the support from senior members
  • Follow instructions and implement changes accordingly

Core Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in the industry
  • A portfolio of personal and client projects that demonstrate a core range of skills in; strategic thinking, identity creation, art-direction, typography, UX/UI design & implementation

  • You are a passionate and talented team player
  • You are a confident and articulate communicator
  • You are an original thinker and aware of current design and cultural trends
  • You are able to think clearly through problems both strategically and creatively
  • You are able to think about the big picture while also crafting the finer details
  • Receive feedback with a positive and constructive attitude and work as part of a team
  • Have intimate knowledge of: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects
  • Experience of print process & production
  • Understanding of HLTML, CSS and have experience of working alongside developers
  • London based, UK visa / residence
