The Collecting Group (TCG) isn't your average company; we're a team of culture curators who live and breathe cars and watches. We're not just disrupting the auction industry, we're redefining it. Our brands, Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting, are already leading the pack, but we're just getting started. We're expanding globally and we're looking for a visionary Creative Lead to help us tell our story and accelerate our brands into the cultural stratosphere.

The Mission:

As our Creative Lead, you'll be the visual storyteller and cultural curator of our brands. You'll translate our passion into designs and stories that ignite the imaginations of our global community of enthusiasts. You'll distill the essence of the automotive and horological worlds into captivating campaigns that span every touchpoint – from digital platforms to physical experiences.

The Challenge:

Visual Storytelling: You'll be the visual voice of our brands, crafting designs and narratives that fuel our community's obsessions.

Cultural Curation: You'll possess an innate ability to tap into the zeitgeist, weaving together diverse cultural threads to create unique and compelling content.

Strategic Vision: You'll be a strategic thinker, understanding how design can drive business goals and tailor content to specific channels.

Creative Catalyst: You'll inspire and motivate your team of talented creatives, pushing them to produce work that consistently exceeds expectations.

The Gearbox:

  • Develop and champion the creative strategy for TCG, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the design and production of all creative assets – graphics, videos, written content, and more.
  • Roll up your sleeves and execute world-class communications from concept to pixel-perfect artwork.
  • Provide constructive feedback across multiple disciplines: graphic design, copywriting, art direction, and motion graphics.
  • Work closely with Product Design, influencing and ensuring our brand values are consistent across mediums.
  • Lead and inspire your team, fostering their growth and development.

The Specs, what we'll need from you:

  • 6+ years of design experience in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, trends, and best practices across digital, print, and physical activations.
  • Proven track record of developing brand campaigns that scale across multiple touchpoints.
  • Experience working closely with Product and Design.
  • Strong grasp of the creative process from ideation to production.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and ideally Figma, Premiere, and After Effects.

The Pit Stop:

Parsons Green, London. You'll be predominately based here, our London HQ. You'll need full UK working rights (sorry, we're unable to provide sponsorship for this position).
