Midweight Artworker
Job Description
Tomorrow are collaborating with a unique studio who create and curate engaging interior experiences and experiential identities. They are looking for a talented and ambitious Midweight Creative Artworker to join their creative team who can prepare production ready files for fabricators to help bring work to life. Working with leading global brands, this is an opportunity to be part of a team who develop ideas-driven experiential and environmental story-telling.
They are looking to find someone who has great experience working on wayfinding and environmental design ie across retail, signage and exhibitions. They would also love to see someone who can offer material specifications, work across large format, environments, cutters, vinyl & walls (wall covering treatments). They are keen to see individuals who can elevate at scale, draw up site elevations, read plans and be able to convert scales.
The client operates on a hybrid basis, Tues/Weds/Thurs on site – but due to the hands on nature Monday and Friday will be expected also if necessary
Salary: £33,00- 40,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare production ready artwork files to ensure designs are realised in the best way possible
- Draw up site elevations and prepare key documents for the design team to work from
- Create documentation ensuring all design intentions are understood, costed and installed correctly
- Work alongside key suppliers and fabricators
- Ensure sample artworks are provided in a timely manner for designers to sign off and release for production
- Work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines
Key Requirements:
- Exemplary skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience in environmental branding, signage or architecture
- Experience with working with wayfinding systems
