Job Description

You will work as part of the film and photography team, which is based across London and Henley-in- Arden. Storytelling is at the heart of everything we do, so you will need to be able to shape creative from start to finish and shoot and edit everything, from simple head and shoulders, to more complex films. You will be expected to come up with creative ideas, explain and storyboard them and talk them through with clients. Our clients expect us to solve problems, which often means working quickly with little or no brief. You will also need to be able to manage a range of people including senior leadership and CEOs. You will have to film around the UK and there will also be global opportunities.

About you

You will have at least five years’ experience of working in an agency or corporate communications environment in a film and editing role. You should be experienced in a range of cinema cameras and have experience of working with senior leaders or demanding clients. You will enjoy dealing with people and understand that we solve problems for our clients, which means putting them first.

You should be proactive, willing to learn and keen to develop new skills. You should have experience of working creatively and be able to engage and sell ideas. Any existing contacts in current or new areas is useful as everyone is expected to drive new business.

How we work

We are a fast-paced agency, working creatively and collaboratively across our teams to turn projects around on tight deadlines. At the centre of everything are our clients, so we always put them first, go the extra mile and often deliver against a variety of challenges. We work a minimum of three days in the office each week, depending on client requirements. There is sometimes travel around the UK and also an opportunity for global travel. You will be required to regularly visit our head office in Henley-in-Arden, Warwickshire.

• Shoot and edit brilliant content

• Lead and shape shoots from simple to complex films

• Come up with ideas from little or no brief and turn them into engaging content

• Work with senior leaders and CEOs from a range of different sectors

• Deliver great service and solve problems for our clients

What you’ll bring

• Epic filming and editing skills

• Clear experience of telling stories for large, complex organisations

• Ability to deliver ideas at pace with little or no brief

• Strong desire to push forward filming techniques and equipment

• Experience and confidence dealing with people in senior roles

• Great personal and organisational skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong spoken and written communication skills

• Existing contacts to help build new relationships
