The role
As a remarkable Senior Designer, you’ll work across a diverse range of exciting projects and industry sectors, having the freedom to lead the creative work in close collaboration with the Creative Directors, copywriters, digital and project management teams.
Key responsibilities
- Contributing to brand strategy
- Conceptualising and developing contemporary brands and campaigns
- Leading and owning the creative work
- Collaborating with copywriters and the design team
- Art direction and content creation
- Mentoring and inspiring other members of the team
About you
- You’re a leader – enthusiastic, curious with positive energy, and a passion for learning
- You’re an excellent conceptual thinker, but can also craft and realise your ideas
- You have excellent visual sensibility and typographic skills
- A proven track record of creating memorable digital-first brands
- You can manage multiple projects and communicate your progress with clarity to your team and clients
- You stay abreast of contemporary culture, design trends and changing technologies
- You can adapt your thinking and execution to a range of different clients and industries
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ studio experience
- You have a positive outlook, humility and don’t take yourself too seriously
Essential skills
- A deep understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign).
- After Effects and Cinema 4D are also beneficial
- Always keen to delve deep and address the creative challenge
- Can work seamlessly across different media
- A passion for culture and design
- A clear communicator
- Always keen to share learnings and ideas, and mentor junior members of the team
- A diligent team player and collaborator
- Have significant experience in the art direction of photographers and illustrators
