Peas has the pleasure of partnering up with an amazing client operating within the entertainment, arts and culture spaces.

Currently looking for an experienced CGI Production Manager to join their Creative Studio working from central London offices.

This is a role suitable for someone on a mid to senior level, with at least a solid handful of years as a Production/Project Manager in CGI media production

This is a role where you are expected to hit the ground running at a fast-paced environment. You will manage big and complex CGI campaigns across different (global) clients and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solid experience bidding for CGI projects as well as smooth scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of internal house CGI projects and external commercial client CGI work
  • Oversee daily studio operations and CGI production processes.
  • Monitor and track workloads with CGI producers, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage production tools, schedules, and resource gaps, sourcing additional support as needed.
  • Deliver accurate production planning, budgeting, and reporting, as well as forecasting cost allocations
  • Ensure crucial project milestones are met and support the commercial team in client meetings.
  • Handle contracts, usage licenses, and external vendor negotiations.
  • Develop efficient CGI production processes and maintain compliance with safety and legal standards. Foster innovation and continuous improvement in production quality.

Key Skills and Experience:

This is a role suitable for someone on a mid-senior level, ideally with at least a handful of years as a CGI Production/Project Manager in CGI media production for immersive spaces.

You will be an expert in CGI pipelines with tools such as C4D; After Effects and Unreal or Real Time Engines

You must also;

  • Be skilled in managing both small and large-scale CGI productions.
  • Have strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have a proven problem-solving and lateral thinking abilities with a proactive attitude.
  • Be proficient in resource, project, and time-tracking tools (Airtable experience desirable).
  • Be detail-oriented with strong quality control.
  • Be confident managing people and projects effectively
  • Have solid Communication skills across different teams, and a good black book of contacts
