Mid-Senior Graphic Designer (experience: 3-5+ years)

What we’re looking for.
We’re Onthree, a branding & communications agency in London, and we’re looking to add another creative to our team.

Our ideas, advice and designs are client-centric, practically orientated to create a material difference to the businesses we partner with. We’re content-savvy and strategically-led, to give our work substance and rigour. What we’re not is a self-indulgent decoration studio; or led by trend.
How we work.
We work remotely in the main, but have a studio in EC1 London where we gather once or twice a week.
Our ideal candidate would have:
- Fantastic layout and typography skills
- Careful attention to design detail.
- Experience in branding design
- A strong mix of digital and print experience.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) + Figma
You should be able to:
- Take projects on and run with them proactively
- Give and take constructive criticism
- Present, discuss and analyse your own and other’s work
- Talk and present directly to clients - we don't have account managers
- Effectively estimate and manage your time to multiple deadlines.
- Liaise with our 3rd partner team members, including web developers and video teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design or a related area.
