Events Creative
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Events Creative to join our agency. In this role, you will report to the Head of Creative to develop and refine innovative concepts for projects, events and activations. The ideal candidate is self-assured, independent, and passionate about design, with a keen awareness of cultural trends. You should be confident in presenting your ideas to the team, seamlessly combining artistic vision with technical expertise.
Responsibilities
Office based:
• Working as part of a team delivering large-scale and complex projects
• Taking the lead on selected projects, from conception of creative proposals to confidently delivering ideas to clients
• Participating and leading creative update meetings, confident in delivering your own ideas to the team and clients
• Creating concepts while working to a budget and communicating with producers to provide suitable solutions to challenging briefs
• Designing on-brand creatives based on client brand guidelines with out-of-the-box, boundary-pushing ideas, keeping ahead of trends
• Modelling floorplans, event layouts, lighting, staging and 3D environments
• Creation of sketches and 3D renders to bring concepts to life
• Designing digital and printed graphics, assets and templates
• Amending and updating internal files with new information for the Creative Department
• Sourcing props and FF&E, resourceful at finding suppliers and wholesalers
• Ordering supplies needed for projects and ensuring items arrive in a timely fashion
• Venue sourcing with an eye for seeking unexpected venues and adaptable locations
• Overseeing and managing BRYANT social accounts, preparing posts for upcoming projects to allow for timely posting
Onsite:
• Attending site visits, ensuring venue information is recorded accurately, considering guest journey and understanding venue requirements
• Creating strong relationships with venues and suppliers
• Working onsite at events, overseeing the creation of event environments to match approved design
• Styling with confidence, able to use initiative to adapt designs accordingly when necessary
• On occasion supporting the production team during the run of the event
About You
• Over 3 years of proven expertise in a dynamic creative agency environment
• Artistically driven and skilled in both traditional (hand sketches) and digital (3D renders and ai) drawing techniques, demonstrating strong artistic skills
• Have a passion for design, curious about new techniques and trends and how to integrate these into your work
• Skilled in generating detailed construction drawings to bring concepts to life
• Strong relationships and a Black Book of suppliers and venues
• Advanced proficiency in Vectorworks (software preferred however other software will be considered), leveraging its capabilities to achieve precise and efficient design outcomes
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite, adeptly utilising its tools to enhance creativity and deliver impactful visual solutions
• Quick visualisation methods using hand sketches or CGI ability (preferred)
